  You can see why this establishment had a chef's hat. The ambiance and service are fantastic and the food was sensational. The lamb's brains we just delicious and the main and dessert did not disappoint either. Everything was served just at the right time and you were very well looked after, not to mention that the place is just great value for the money you pay. Would highly recommend it for a lunch on a beautiful sunny day, or any day for that matter.

  What a wonderful lunch we had at Bistro Molines. The view is simply breathtaking and the food so fresh and flavorful. Will definitely come back!

  Bistro Molines
  The food and the service are first class.
  It a complete menu with lots of variety and a great wine selection. Great view of the vineyards in the valley.

  Picturesque spot for lunch at the Hunter valley. Food and wine pairing is beautifully done. Slight breeze can pick up outside in the afternoon.
  Staff are so kind they have blankets on hand. Just perfect, definitely recommend.

  Second time here and the food was great as expected. Service was top notch. The only reason I would rate it 4.5 stars is because our table was at a small angle and I was not sitting perfectly straight. Recommend it to anyone that enjoys food with a French touch.
